Is Dynamic Island on MIUI necessary or a rip-off? On September 7, Apple unveiled the iPhone 14 series. With its revolutionary new features, the iPhone 14 Pro series drew a lot of attention. Dynamic Island is a software element that enhances the interaction of the notch. Even if you believe it's a gimmick, corporations' efforts to make user interfaces more user pleasant benefit everyone. We don't know how Xiaomi will execute it yet, and it's unclear whether Xiaomi will deliver the Dynamic Island at all.

MIUI Dynamic Island

A customised MIUI theme featuring Dynamic Island has just debuted. Xiaomi has not officially published the theme. Even though it isn't as smooth as Apple's approach, it's amazing to see how developers built a visually similar design. Developers built a MIUI theme that allows Dynamic Island to function with a centred punch hole notch.

The Redmi K60 is a new model that will be introduced as part of the Redmi K series. A Chinese user commented on Lu Weibing's post on Dynamic Island. Here is Lu Weibing's response (Manager of Xiaomi China).

The real comment page has been translated. A user anticipates Dynamic Island on the forthcoming Redmi K60, to which Lu Weibing responds, "Do you really need Dynamic Island?" Again, it's unclear whether Xiaomi will bring the Dynamic Island, but they do value customer feedback.

The Redmi K series includes real flagship killer smartphones since they are inexpensive and typically have the most powerful processor. The Redmi K60 will be available next year. Although it has not been confirmed, the Redmi K60 may be released next year with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor.
